Alongside my work with leaders, I practise as a person-centred psychotherapist. I've worked with people from all walks of life, from senior professionals to students, exploring experiences such as:

⦿ Relationships and family patterns
⦿ Bereavement, loss or life transitions
⦿ Self-esteem and identity
⦿ Feeling stuck, conflicted or uncertain
⦿ Historic experiences that still affect the present
My approach is warm, attentive and non-judgemental, while still gentle and honest. I aim to help you understand yourself more deeply, gain clarity and feel more grounded in your choices and relationships.
Sessions are weekly or fortnightly, online or in person.
£100 per hour.
