Hello, I'm Carol

I help leaders, founders and teams grow with clarity, confidence and humanity.
For more than 20 years I've worked closely with managing directors, business owners and senior leaders; supporting them as they navigate growth, complexity and personal transition. My work sits at the intersection of psychology, organisational strategy and real-world leadership.
Whether you need a space to think, a partner to challenge you, or guidance to build a strategy that actually works, I offer grounded, practical support that gets to the heart of what matters.

About Me

A blend of psychology, strategy and lived leadership experience.
I started my career in business, leading teams, creating growth in various settings: consulting (KPMG), strategy and marketing (British Steel, the AA, Centrica) and policy (for government programmes and inside the DTI's think tank). Alongside this, I did an MBA at Cranfield University, specialising in organisation development and leadership. I went on to spend two decades working independently, mainly one-to-one with people from diverse backgrounds, specialising in leadership assessment and development, creating growth strategies for their businesses, and working with growing teams.
The last twenty five years have been focused on leadership assessment with various big organisations like Virgin Media, Insight Invesment, FCA.
I have complemented my work with qualifications in executive coaching and in psychotherapy (I am BACP registered).
This dual business/people path has shaped the way I work now: clear, human, direct, and deeply attuned to the realities of leadership and organisational life.
